The $45 million redevelopment of Grand Hyatt Melbourne is nearing completion. From October 8th, guests will enter the spectacular new upper lobby via the Collins Street entrance and luxury retail arcade. Access to the upper lobby via the Russell Street entrance will not be available until late October. Valet parking is available at the Collins Street entrance during this period. Exciting new restaurant, Collins Kitchen, and new bar, RU-CO, will be open for this year¿s Spring Racing Carnival.

Small areas of work will continue in the Russell Street porte cochere area until December, 2008.
